The vibratory plow can bury electrical line, irrigation line, and other elements without major damage to the ground. Combine that with the RC-30's low ground pressure and turf-friendly rubber tracks, and you have the perfect package for the electrical or irrigation contractor. This rugged unit features a pivoting T-1 high carbon steel blade and a root and turf cutter. The unit comes with a stand for convenient storage when not in use. A case drain is also standard.
 

A two-stage, hydraulically-driven rotary snow blower is available for the RC-30 All Surface Loader. The combination of the snowblower and RC-30 with high traction and narrow width make it excellent for snow clearing and helps extend profitability throughout the winter season.

The snow blower attachment mounts via the loader quick-attach interface and uses the RC-30’s standard auxiliary hydraulics to drive a motor which drives the blower’s auger and fan.

The blower cuts a path 48” wide and has a 17.25” tall opening. The discharge chute and spout are adjustable for direction and distance from the operator seat.

A hydraulically-adjustable sod roll installer is available for the ASV RC-30 All Surface Loader. The RC-30, with 11-inch wide rubber tracks and low ground pressure (2.5 psi) is the ideal system for installing sod rolls. It’s productive enough to maximize the amount of sod laid in a day, and gentle enough on the ground to prevent damage to fragile sod. Also, because of it’s compact size and maneuverability, the RC-30 is often the only machine that can pass through gates and work in confined areas.

The installer accommodates sod rolls from 24-inches to 30-inches wide. A hydraulically-actuated roll clamp makes it easy for the RC-30 operator to drive up to a sod roll, clamp onto it, and prepare to unroll it - all without the need for ground support. A relief valve limits the amount of clamping pressure to help prevent damage to sod rolls. An adjustable brake helps prevent unwanted rolling. One-inch bearings support the sod rolls and promotes smooth, reliable operation. Standard roll holders fit 5.5” diameter rolls. Optional 2.9” diameter roll holders are available.

The sod roll installer includes all required hydraulic hoses and quick-connect fittings. The integral mounting plate makes it quick and easy to mount directly to the RC-30’s quick-attach interface.

 

ASV RC-30, RC-50 and RC-60 All Surface Loaders that currently have an enclosed cab with non-opening glass side windows can now be retrofitted with new sliding glass side windows. The sliding glass side windows give the operator excellent cross ventilation for more comfortable operation. They also allow quick, easy communication with ground support personnel without having to open the cab access door. Sliding glass side windows are now standard equipment on "Standard" and "Deluxe" enclosed cabs for new RC-30, RC-50 and RC-60 All Surface Loaders.

The kit includes all items necessary to replace both left-hand and right-hand side windows with sliding glass side windows.

A must have for every landscaper and contractor. The pallet forks allow the transport of palletized materials as well as other objects. The pallet forks are designed and built to ISO Standard 2328: 1993E and ASME/ANSI B56.1e-1993.
 

The Land Leveler is popular with landscapers for its versatile use. This attachment works great for spreading dirt, sand and other landscape materials. Other popular uses include backfilling trenches, tearing out sod, and grading uneven terrain. Angled grader blades are located on the front and rear of the leveler to allow operation while travelling forward and reverse.

Bucket hooks integrated in the leveler allow the simultaneous transportation of the RC-30 Dirt Bucket. This provides great space savings when transporting the machine and attachments.

 

An All Surface Loader with a hydraulic auger is an ideal solution that combines a high degree of mobility, minimal impact on the ground and fast, easy augering of holes up to 30-inches in diameter.

ASV offers eight different bit sizes for the RC-30, ranging from 6-inches to 30-inches diameter. Four auger bits are available for the RC-50 and RC-60. The smaller bits work well in hard soil, whereas the larger bits work great for planting small trees and shrubs in softer soil. All bits feature a minimum 36-inch dig depth and have replaceable heat-treated teeth. The RC-30 auger drive unit features a heat-treated alloy 2-9/16 inch round drive shaft, and adjustable chain reduction drive. The RC-50/RC-60 auger drive unit features heat-treated alloy 2-inch hex drive shaft and a planetary drive. Auger bits are not interchangeable between the RC-30 and RC-50/RC-60 drive units.
 

R-Series snow blades provide an ideal way to extend machine profitability into the winter season. The blades are designed for fast installation via the quick-attach interface. They allows variable-angle adjustment from the operator station using the auxiliary hydraulics which attach via quick-connect fittings. The blade mounts include a double-pivot A-frame design. The blades have a trip spring and a replaceable, bolt-on cutting edge.
 

A hydraulically-driven flail mower is now available for the RC-30 All Surface Loader. The mower is ideal for cutting material up to 1-inch thick.

The flail mower has a 48-inch cutting width and a height adjustment from 0 to 4.5 inches. Sixty-four fine-cut reversible knives provide the cutting action. Knives are attached to a 4.5 inch rotor tube which rotates to speeds up to 2190 rpm. The mower operates on the RC-30's standard 10 gallons per minute and 3000 psi auxiliary hydraulic flow.

The rotor is belt-driven from a hydraulic motor and is protected by a sturdy shield. The shield is easily removed for quick, easy access to the belt. The belt has a spring-loaded tightener for tension adjustment.

The entire mower frame and housing is constructed of sturdy steel, including a 10-gauge steel hood. It easily attaches to the RC-30's loader-mounted quick-attach interface. Quick-connect hydraulic couplers and hoses are also included.
